No blog for at least 2 months.

Its almost 2 months since I last wrote a blog, well it was roller coaster ride for me due to the weather (Typhoon season), been quite busy at work & at home (need to fix the roof).

I should be writing more about the floods here in & around the Metro but have to keep mum about the whole thing since the rest of the country are much worse condition than I am, wherein flood water stays for days, houses being submerged with mud & water, damaging properties, killing livestocks & causing deaths to people due to drowning (3 kids being swept away in Cavite a few days ago while playing near the river), landslides, tidal waves.

I remember as a kid during summer vacation in Magdalena,Laguna, my Lola (RIP) used to tell me about folks climbing to coconut trees in the hinterlands during Typhoon because the flood waters have risen so quickly & roofs being blown off the houses. Can't imagine it back then but it still happening today just what happened in Botolan, Zambales a few weeks back.
